About the Founder

Paul Kruger, a seasoned veteran in the sports industry, brings a wealth of experience from various sectors of sports and business. With a career dedicated to cultivating organizational culture, Kruger has focused on developing staff and fostering growth within individual teams and across entire organizations.

During his tenure in professional baseball, Kruger played a pivotal role in the development of coaches and leaders both on and off the field. His contributions led to the development of multiple front-office executives, over 15 staff members who transitioned to roles on major league coaching staffs, and many others who assumed leadership positions in player and staff development.

Kruger firmly believes that the success of any organization hinges on effective leadership at the top. However, he recognizes that success cannot be achieved without the necessary tools and information.

Today, Kruger is dedicated to sharing his wealth of knowledge to benefit the next generation of leaders in sports, business, and life. He aims to equip leaders with the essential tools and insights required to excel at the highest levels.
